Shipping policy

 

Shipping Cost:

At Akhlaq.Apparels, we ensure that our customers gain the smoothest experience when it comes to the delivery of their purchased products, which incentivised us to allow free shipping (for purchases below $100 AUD) to most of our customers, who reside in Australia. 

However, due to the high cost of international shipping, we are unable to do free shipping for international orders as it would cause major revenue loss and potentially rupture our product inventory that you guys might like in the future. 

 

Shipping Method:

The price and time taken to deliver a product are dependent on the location and purchasing magnitude of the consumer. If the consumer is located in the same country (Australia, where we use AusPost), they can either pay for a Parcel Post or the slightly more expensive and quicker Express Post. Typically, domestic Parcel Post should take from 2-4 business days (same state) or 3-6 business days (interstate), whilst Express Post should be even quicker with 1-2+ business days (same state) or 1-3+ business days (interstate), though it is dependent on the location of the consumer within Australia.

If the customer purchases a product outside of Australia, we can only allow standard air travel shipping, which will take anywhere up from 5-15 business days of travel depending on the international location of the customer.
